1. Introduction and contact

This policy explains how PearceLIVE, a football analytics platform presented under the PearceLIVE Group brand, handles your personal information. For any privacy question or request, write to info@pearcelive.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, and your Google profile name/email if you sign in with Google.
• Preferences: saved teams, alert levels, sound settings and other app settings.
• Notification data: the push subscription your browser creates when you enable notifications.
• Personal bet records and bankroll settings you choose to enter.
• Subscription and billing data: account-linked Whop membership identifiers, payment status, amount, currency and billing dates. Card payment details are handled by Whop.
• Account-deletion requests, scheduled dates and completion status; authentication and security information needed to protect private access.
• Technical data: device/browser type, error reports and, only with your consent, usage analytics.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

• Providing your account and the service — performance of a contract.
• Sending alerts you switched on — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Security, fraud prevention and fixing errors — our legitimate interests.
• Usage analytics — your consent only.
• Meeting legal obligations — legal obligation.

4. Third-party providers

We use trusted providers to run PearceLIVE: cloud hosting and database services, Google (sign-in), browser push services, Sportmonks (football data — no personal data is shared with them) and, with consent, Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Whop handles subscription checkout, recurring billing, cancellation and refunds; we receive membership and payment updates to synchronise access with your PearceLIVE account. Bookmaker links take you to independent websites with their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active. Data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls and per-user data isolation. Shared football records and official historical signal results are not personal data and are retained. Payment, subscription and security audit records may be retained after account deletion where necessary for legal, accounting or security purposes. Exact retention periods and the legal operator's retention schedule are PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION.

6. Account deletion

You can request deletion in Settings after confirming your identity. Eligible requests are scheduled with a 7-day grace period and a displayed deletion date. You can cancel the request during the grace period. Active Whop renewal must be stopped before deletion is scheduled; cancelling deletion does not automatically restart a cancelled subscription. Scheduled processing removes saved teams, personal bet records and other personal app data, clears profile details and anonymises and disables the login. Payment, subscription and audit records may remain as described above. Official football History and its results are not deleted. For help or other privacy requests, write to info@pearcelive.com.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or your local authority.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember settings. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the consent banner; you can change your choice at any time by clearing site data.

9. International data transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The operator must confirm the applicable processing locations, contractual arrangements and transfer safeguards before finalising this policy. These details are PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION.
