PearceLIVE Group is the public-facing brand of this service, not a confirmed registered legal entity. Legal operator identity, address and any required registration details: PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION. These details require review before publication. For enquiries, contact info@pearcelive.com.

1. About PearceLIVE

PearceLIVE is a football analytics platform presented under the PearceLIVE Group brand. It is not a bookmaker and does not accept bets.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, and of legal age to gamble where you live, to use PearceLIVE.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Seven-day free trial

New accounts receive one 7-day free trial per account. No credit card is required to start it. Trial access ends automatically unless you explicitly choose a paid subscription; the trial itself does not authorise a payment.

5. Subscription, payment and renewal

PearceLIVE Premium costs €19.90 per month and is billed through Whop when you explicitly subscribe. Review the price, any applicable taxes, discount conditions and recurring billing schedule shown at checkout before authorising payment. An authorised subscription renews according to that schedule until renewal is cancelled. Settings → My Subscription shows your subscription status, next billing date where applicable and access-until date. The card-free trial does not automatically start a paid subscription.

6. Cancellation, consumer rights and refunds

You can cancel renewal in Settings → My Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with Premium access continuing until the displayed access-until date unless you complete account deletion first. Cancelling renewal is not a refund request. For refund or billing enquiries, contact us at info@pearcelive.com; Whop processes payments and confirmed refunds. A specific voluntary refund policy and the applicable withdrawal process are PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal under applicable EU and Irish law.

7. Permitted use

Use PearceLIVE for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute our data or signals, or try to bypass access restrictions.

8. Intellectual property

The PearceLIVE brand, design, software and analytics are our property or licensed to us.

9. Data availability and technical limitations

Live data comes from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, particularly for lower-tier competitions. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

10. Statistical signals and risk

Signals are statistical indicators, not advice or tips, and there are no guaranteed results. Past performance does not predict future results. Gambling involves financial risk — never stake more than you can afford to lose.

11. Bookmaker links and affiliate disclosure

We may link to independent bookmakers and may receive a commission from some of them. Their terms apply to any account you open with them. Availability depends on the laws of your country.

12. Liability

We are not liable for betting losses or for decisions you make using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can request account deletion in Settings after confirming your identity. Eligible requests have a 7-day grace period, during which you can cancel the deletion request. The scheduled deletion date appears in Settings; processing takes place after that date. Where Whop renewal is active, renewal must be stopped before deletion is scheduled. Cancelling a deletion request does not automatically restart a cancelled subscription. Payment and audit records may be retained for legal, accounting and security purposes. Shared official football History remains unchanged.

14. Applicable law and disputes

The operator's jurisdiction and applicable dispute-handling details are PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION and require legal review. Nothing in these terms removes the protection of mandatory consumer laws or rights available in your country of residence.
